• Most items listed are in stock unless stated that they are made-to-order. This reduces our carbon footprint and contribution to landfill.

• In-stock items will be shipped within two days of receipt of the order.

• Made-to-order items will be produced within 10 days of order receipt, with a lead time of around one week for delivery.

SHIPPING

• Free delivery is offered to the Seaford and surrounding suburbs.

• Regular Australia Post options are applied at checkout.

RETURNS

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

• Returns will be accepted if the goods received are damaged or faulty. Photo evidence of damage or fault is to be emailed as per below.

• Please remember that many of the local artisan works are original.

• We endeavour to provide the best quality of service and high-grade products, but at times things can go wrong! Please be patient and chat with us if you have any concerns.
